OPENING EVENT
Friday 5th October, 8.00-10.30pm at the library
Our ever popular opening night celebration event for this 10th book festival also sees the launch of the commemorative publication Postcards from Portobello. This publication has been made possible through the support of Creative Scotland and is a collection of original work from many writers which we hope reflects the diversity of life in Portobello. It will be available free during the festival.
The evening brings together contributing authors and local musicians for a lively evening of words and music. Refreshments will be available.
